After downloading the file, double click it, and follow instructions.
If you are installing it on Windows NT, 2000 or XP, you will have a choice which version of server to install. Win95/98/Me version is a simple, single module windows application, which runs as an icon on a system tray. You can install it on WinNT/2000/XP, but it will not run as a windows service. WinNT/2000/XP version has two modules - control panel applet, and a service itself. It will run as windows service.
