Implements Windows 95/98/NT (and, now Windows 2000) Remote Access Services (RAS). Allows you to dial-up to the remote computers. It can be an ISP, or any computer running Dial-Up networking server.

Formerly it was a part of the Internet Mail Suite. Now it is a freeware component with source. Based on the component by Mr. Douglas Olender.
